Azerbaijani oil: the difference between the sales price and the price in the budget

On December 4, the barrel of Azerbaijani oil branded "AzeriLight" is offered at $66.54. This is $3.46 below the budget price.

Medianews.az reports that in Azerbaijan's 2025 budget, one barrel of oil is accounted for at $70, with "AzeriLight" starting at $79 for January, $78.52 for February, $75.68 for March, $78.29 for April, $65.13 for May, $68.82 for June, $72.01 for July, $72.70 for August, $70.54 for September, $69.86 for October, $65.87 for November, and $66.22 for December.

In the 2026 state budget, it is planned to set the price of a barrel of oil at $65.

The international coalition of exporters has set Azerbaijan's daily crude oil production quota at 551 thousand barrels.
