The US will participate in resolving the future of Venezuela.
"Report" reports that this was stated by US leader Donald Trump on the "Fox News" channel broadcast.
According to him, the US cannot take the risk of allowing someone to replace Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro. The White House leader also emphasized that the US will participate in Venezuela's oil sector.
"We were ready for a second wave of strikes against Venezuela, but there was no need for that," Trump said.
He added that he spoke with Maduro a week ago and called on him to surrender voluntarily, but he was not ready to do so.
