GUAM congratulates Azerbaijan on occasion of Constitution Day

The Secretariat of the Organization for Democracy and Economic Development - GUAM has congratulated the Azerbaijani people on November 12 - Constitution Day, Report informs. “We congratulate the Republic of Azerbaijan on Constitution Day and convey our best wishes," reads the congratulatory letter. GUAM is a regional organization created on October 10, 1997, which includes Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.
