People's Artist Röya Ayxan spoke about her reconciliation with People's Artist Aygün Kazimova.
The singer stated in the "Qonaqcanlı" program that they had wasted the years spent in estrangement for no reason:
"Our whole family was very happy about our reconciliation with Aygün Kazimova. I also sent the voice message my mother sent me to Ms. Aygün. My mother prayed so much and was so happy... I realized that we had wasted many years for nothing. Because we didn’t have very serious problems. When we saw each other, we greeted and even kissed and met. This also happened during a trip. But I noticed there was still some coldness. I saw that some people did not greet each other because this one is his team, the other one is mine. What kind of discrimination is this? And it is a country that raises Azerbaijani artists itself. Why should I be estranged from my own artist? That is why I was very happy. Moreover, it was a reconciliation done from the heart, willingly and with a pure heart, and I will not allow anyone to touch it after this. This is a celebration." (Axşam.az)
