According to the report of the State Customs Committee, Azerbaijan conducted trade operations with 177 countries in January-November 2025, with exports exceeding 23.4 billion dollars and imports exceeding 21.1 billion dollars.
Medianews.az reports that the top ten trade partners included Italy, Turkey, Russia, China, the USA, Germany, the United Kingdom, Australia, Switzerland, and the Czech Republic.
According to the statistics, 6.95 percent of exports were directed to CIS countries, 69.14 percent to European Union countries, and 23.91 percent to other countries; in imports, CIS accounted for 24.34 percent, the European Union for 11.97 percent, and other countries for 63.69 percent.
Among trade with neighboring countries, Turkey stood out: 3 billion 75.8 million dollars in exports, 2.1 billion dollars in imports.
Russia showed 1 billion 87.7 million dollars in exports, 3.4 billion dollars in imports; Georgia 621.3 million dollars in exports, 153.4 million dollars in imports; Kazakhstan 87.2 million dollars in exports, 539.9 million dollars in imports; Turkmenistan 58.5 million dollars in exports, 134.5 million dollars in imports; Iran 9.4 million dollars in exports, 558.7 million dollars in imports.
