Famous Soviet football player, Olympic champion, and the famous striker of the "Spartak" (Moscow) club Nikita Simonyan has passed away.
"Unikal" reports that the Russian Football Veterans Union has released a statement about this.
It is noted that he died at the hospital where he was receiving treatment at the age of 100.
