The Russian Federal Tax Service has closed the "Banda Foods" company, established in 2023 by Azerbaijani blogger Hüseyn Həsənov.
Milli.Az reports that the company had a debt of 800,000 rubles (approximately 16,740 manat), and Hüseyn has left Russia.
On August 20, the tax authorities announced the liquidation of the company, and the accounts were blocked. There are also two lawsuits amounting to 2.7 million rubles against Həsənov related to his personal development courses. The blogger was put on a wanted list and arrested in absentia on May 14 on charges of large-scale money laundering. He may face up to 7 years in prison.
