Search and rescue operations continue for the plane that crashed on the island of Sulawesi, located in eastern Indonesia.
Musavat.com reports that rescuers have discovered one body and numerous plane debris in the mountainous area.
According to official information, the plane was last recorded on January 17 at 13:17 over the mountainous area of Leanq-Leanq in the Maros district. There were 8 crew members and 3 passengers belonging to the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries on board. They were conducting a flight as part of a maritime surveillance mission.
