Before the direct line and press conference in the "Year in Review" format, Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed the problems raised by Russian citizens with government members and ministers.
Medianews.az reports that this was stated by the President's press secretary Dmitry Peskov in an interview with the "Rossiya 24" television channel.
According to Peskov, the head of state receives a summarized list of appeals from citizens organized by topics in a systematic manner. This allows the President to better understand public sentiment.
He directly contacts ministers, deputy prime ministers, and officials responsible for key areas to request and clarify additional information.
It is reported that so far, 1.6 million appeals from citizens have been received for the direct line./globalinfo.az
