Israel is also joining the Peace Council

The Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, announced that he will join the Peace Council established to end the conflict in the Gaza Strip, initiated by U.S. President Donald Trump.

AZERTAC reports that this information was released by the office of the Prime Minister of Israel. "Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has accepted the invitation from U.S. President Donald Trump to join the Peace Council, which will include world leaders," the statement said.

It should be noted that Donald Trump intends to take over the administration of the Gaza Strip in accordance with the agreements reached between Palestine's Hamas movement and Israel, and to chair this international organization. According to Bloomberg agency, the head of the United States plans to approve the powers and charter of the council on January 22 in Davos during the World Economic Forum.

Invitations to join the Peace Council have been sent to many world leaders, including Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Some time ago, information was released that Argentina, Belarus, Hungary, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, Morocco, and the United Arab Emirates had accepted the U.S. President's invitation to join the council.

Meanwhile, European diplomats have expressed concerns that Donald Trump will try to replace the UN by creating an alternative platform for resolving global conflicts.
