According to İbrahim Novruzov, the administrator of one of the seaside facilities, although crowding was observed on the beaches in June in previous years, this year the number of visitors has significantly decreased due to weather conditions. Rainy and windy days, as well as mud accumulation in some parts of the beaches after precipitation, have prevented people from relaxing by the sea.
According to him, the owners of beach facilities plan to earn the majority of their annual income during the three summer months. However, even though one-third of the season has already passed, the expected customer flow has not occurred, which has negatively affected the revenues.
İbrahim Novruzov noted that the annual rent for seaside facilities operating in the Novkhani area varies approximately between 60-80 thousand manats, depending on the location and the number of potential customers. He believes that if the unstable weather conditions continue for a long time, many entrepreneurs may be forced to end the summer season at a loss. //Milli.Az
