Today, the IX congress of the "Motherland" Party was held.
According to the news given to Milli.Az by the party, AVP chairman Fazail Agamali wished success to the work of the Congress and gave a report on the party's activities during the period from 2020 until the end of 2025.
Afterwards, the issues on the agenda were reviewed and relevant decisions were made.
The deputy chairman of the party and deputy of the Milli Majlis, Gunay Agamali, was elected as the AVP chairman.
Omar Huseynli was elected deputy chairman of the party, as well as members of the Management Board and the Central Control and Audit Commission.
A number of amendments were made to the charter.
