In Nakhchivan, individuals promoting immorality on TikTok and swearing during live broadcasts have been detained.
Medianews.az reports that according to Lent.az, 41-year-old Murad Shukurov (name and surname are pseudonyms), 36-year-old Shemshir Dadashov from Babek district, opened live broadcasts on the TikTok social network under the accounts "ceferbabayev46" and 34-year-old Nazim Mammadov under "nefesim21," respectively, during which they pronounced obscene expressions insulting public morality.
Each of them stated that they were drunk when they opened the live broadcast and expressed regret for their actions.
Also, 25-year-old Roya Mammadzade (name and surname are pseudonyms) shared a video containing acts contrary to moral norms on her own TikTok account "raya_mehdizade." In that video, human body parts were displayed in ways contrary to moral norms and national-spiritual values.
In her statement, Roya Mammadzade said that she recorded the video while celebrating her birthday. She expressed regret for her action and requested that consideration be given to her two minor children under her care and that a lenient punishment be applied to her.
For these acts, each of them was detained, and protocols were drawn up against them according to Article 510.2 of the Administrative Offenses Code (for acts insulting public morality when openly displayed in internet informational resources or information-telecommunication networks, i.e., for pronouncing obscene expressions or making gestures creating such impressions, or for displaying parts of the human body in ways contrary to moral norms and national-spiritual values).
By court decision, Murad Shukurov was administratively detained for 25 days, Shemshir Dadashov for 10 days, while Nazim Mammadov was administratively fined 1000 manats, and Roya Mammadzade was fined 750 manats.
