As we reported, the Main Department for Combating Corruption under the Prosecutor General's Office conducted an operation in several district offices of the State Service for Mobilization and Military Service Call-up.
Medianews.az reports that as a result of the operation, the names of the accused persons have become known.
These are Deputy Head of the Saatli district office Araz Kerimli, Deputy Heads of the Jabrayil district office - Niyam Madatsoylu, Shukur Amraliyev, and from the Karadag district office, Etibar Aliyev and Shamil Aliyev.
Each of the aforementioned persons has been held criminally liable under Article 311.3.2 (repeated bribery) and other articles of the Criminal Code. (qafqazinfo)
