According to Medianews.az, Pakistani sources reported that the Iranian delegation agreed to participate in the second round of talks, but Tehran denied this information.
The spokesperson of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that there is no plan for new talks with the USA. He accused Washington of violating the ceasefire and stated that a response would be given if a new attack occurs.
US President Donald Trump said representatives would continue talks with Iran. Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian emphasized that the conflict benefits no party and highlighted the importance of diplomatic solutions.
According to the information, the expected participants in the possible second round of talks include US Vice President James David Wences, special representatives Steve Wicthof and Jared Kushner, and from the Iranian side, Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf and Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi.
