These words were said by the late People's Artist Rasim Balayev's son, Ulvi Balayev, in his statement to "Khazar Evening." He stated that he was not by his father's side during his last breath:
"He had been receiving treatment for several months. His health fluctuated from time to time. But in the final stage, his body grew tired, all energy resources were exhausted, and therefore he surrendered. I was in Baku and could not see my father in his last breath.
