A criminal case has been opened under Article 204, Part 3, Item 2 of the Criminal Code of Armenia concerning the dissemination of video recordings related to Archbishop Arshak Khachatryan.
Musavat.com reports that this information was provided to the Armenian media by the press service of the Investigative Committee.
It should be recalled that recently, videomaterials allegedly secretly recorded about Archbishop Arshak Khachatryan’s private life have been spread on the internet. The footage reportedly shows Arshak in an intimate relationship with his aunt.
