The return of Armenians to Karabakh may pose a threat to the peace process.
APA reports that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this in his speech at the Orbeli Forum.
"The psychological conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan continues, but politically it has already ended. The fact is that peace is an unfamiliar concept for both countries. It is not possible to change social and psychological perceptions with a single decision," he added.
