It has been determined that the singer Gül Tutun, whose stage name was "Güllü" and who died after falling from the window of her house in Yalova, had no other property except her house in the Çınarcık district. During investigations, it was found that she had amounts ranging from 250 to 850 lira in some of her bank accounts.
Milli.Az reports that the inheritance document was obtained on October 6, 2025, and until that date, it was not possible for the heirs to conduct any legal transactions.
Based on responses from more than 50 banks and relevant institutions starting in October, it has been confirmed that Gül Tutun had no movable or immovable property other than her house in Çınarcık, and only had a small amount of funds in some banks.
According to information, Gül Tutun's inheritance document was obtained on October 6, 2025. Before this date, it was not possible for the heirs to take any official steps.
At the same time, it was learned that the singer’s brothers filed complaints through lawyers against Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter and Tuğberk Yağız Gülter, accusing them of possibly having killed their mother for inheritance purposes.
The 52-year-old singer Gül Tut died after falling from the window of the covered terrace of her 6th-floor apartment in Yalova on September 26 for unknown reasons. Her body was buried in Istanbul.
Among those detained, Tuğyan Gülter was arrested, a house arrest decision was made for Sultan Nur Ulu, and the other three were released after their statements at the prosecutor's office.
