In the second half of January, another geomagnetic activity wave will come to the Earth. The magnetic field will remain unstable for several days, with the peak expected in the middle and at the end of the period.
According to Lent.az, among those at risk are people sensitive to weather conditions, those with hypertension, and those under chronic stress.
When are magnetic storms expected on January 16-19?
Friday, January 16 – A moderate magnetic storm with an activity level of Kp-4 is expected, which may strengthen briefly after noon. For most people, the day will pass without serious consequences, but those sensitive to weather conditions may experience headaches, fatigue, drowsiness, and decreased attention.
Saturday, January 17 – The geomagnetic activity increases to Kp-5 (red level G1). This is one of the most sensitive days of the period. Complaints such as blood pressure fluctuations, heart palpitations, irritability, sleep disorders, and general weakness are very common.
Sunday, January 18 – The magnetic storm remains at the Kp-5 level and the background level is unstable throughout the day. Symptoms that appeared the day before may continue or worsen. People with cardiovascular disease and chronic fatigue should be especially careful.
Monday, January 19 – A gradual decrease in geomagnetic activity to Kp-3-4 is expected, but full stabilization is not anticipated. Residual symptoms such as weakness, headaches, apathy, or reduced performance may be observed in people sensitive to the weather.
