"Inter" club goalkeeper Josep Martinez has hit and killed an 81-year-old man with his car.

The tragic incident occurred today - on October 28th at around 09:40 in the morning.
According to the source, the impact was very strong and despite the immediate intervention of rescue services, it was not possible to save the elderly man's life. The death was recorded at the scene. Following the incident, the road was temporarily closed for emergency services and investigations.
Regarding the incident, "Inter" head coach Cristian Civu has postponed the press conference scheduled for 14:00.
It is reported that 27-year-old Martinez is in shock after the incident. Although the football player himself was not injured, he is deeply shaken by what happened.
