An explosion occurred at a factory in the city of Sumqayıt.
Medianews.az reports, citing "Report", that the incident was recorded at one of the factories located in the Hacı Zeynalabdin settlement.
Specifically, Elməddin Səxavət oğlu Qurbanov, a resident of Sumqayıt born in 1994, sustained thermal burn injuries as a result of a pipe explosion at the factory where he worked as an operator.
The injured person was immediately taken to the hospital.
An investigation is underway regarding the incident.
