The reason why wet wipes do not dry out even after being left open for days is related to their special composition and manufacturing technology.
Medianews.az, referring to Milli.Az, reports that these products are prepared not with ordinary water but with a solution containing moisturizing agents, protective components, and a special liquid balance.
According to experts, the main reasons why wet wipes do not dry out are:
- The capped and hermetic packaging system minimizes contact with air;
- The moisturizing agents in their composition prevent the water from evaporating quickly;
- The wipe material is produced to retain moisture for a long time;
- Protective substances delay both drying and bacterial growth of the product.
Experts state that even when the packaging is not properly closed, these wipes dry out more slowly than ordinary water wipes because their composition contains substances that slow down evaporation.
As a result, the "long-lasting moisture" of wet wipes is related to their chemical composition and special manufacturing technology.
