According to the report of the State Statistics Committee, in 2025, investments amounting to 21 billion 226.1 million manat were made in the Azerbaijani economy, which is 5.6 percent less compared to 2024.
Medianews.az reports that the decrease in investment in the oil and gas sector is 10.3 percent, and in the non-oil/gas sector it is 3.9 percent.
According to another official statement, a 1 percent decrease was recorded in industrial product production. It is reported that product production in the oil and gas sector decreased by 2 percent, while it increased by 5.5 percent in the non-oil/gas sector.
