In Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, on the night and morning of January 23, there is a possibility of icy roads in some suburban areas.

It was noted that tomorrow the weather will be partly cloudy, periodically overcast, mostly dry. A northwest wind will blow.
The air temperature will be from 2 degrees below zero to 1 degree above zero at night, and 4-8 degrees above zero during the day. Atmospheric pressure will drop from 761 mm mercury to 758 mm mercury. Relative humidity will be 75-80% at night and 65-70% during the day.
There is a possibility of icy roads in some suburban areas at night and in the morning.
In the regions of Azerbaijan, the weather is expected to be mostly dry, but during the day some mountainous areas will have short-term precipitation, snow is expected. Fog will occasionally appear in some places. A mild west wind will blow.
The air temperature at night will be 1-6 degrees below zero, 5-9 degrees above zero during the day; in the mountains at night 7-12 degrees below zero, in high mountainous areas 12-16 degrees below zero, during the day 0-5 degrees below zero.
At night and in the morning, roads will be icy in some mountainous and foothill districts.
