Medianews.az reports that the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) has issued a statement regarding this.
It was reported that the forces of the MES are carrying out relevant safety measures in the Nizami, Sabunchu, and Khazar districts of Baku city, as well as in Sumgait city, Absheron, and Khachmaz districts, including water pumping and evacuation operations for citizens in need of assistance.
