There was an incident at an educational institution in Bilasuvar.
Medianews.az, referring to Lent.az, reports that the incident occurred at a secondary school located in the village of Khirmandali.
A dispute took place between 44-year-old teacher Afiq Akhundov and a parent named Fariz (the names are conditional - ed.) working there. During the argument at the food sales area, teacher Afiq struck Fariz in the knee area, after which they wrestled and fell to the ground. At that time, Fariz sustained several injuries and sought medical attention at a hospital.
Afiq Akhundov has been detained regarding the incident, and an administrative protocol has been drawn up against him by the prosecutor's office.
Under administrative offense proceedings, Afiq Akhundov stated that Fariz entered the deputy director's office and spoke in a loud tone. When he told him that he should not speak to the lady that way, Fariz insulted him. Afterwards, the teacher got angry and left the room. Fariz followed him to the food sales area and saw Afiq sitting there drinking tea. A dispute and then a fight occurred between the parties here.
The victim stated that he saw his son fighting with other students and intervened to separate them. Then he went to speak with the deputy director about it. During this time, the known incident happened between him and teacher Afiq. In his statement, the victim requested that teacher Afiq be punished.
By court decision, Afiq Akhundov was fined 300 manat.
