Elman Allahverdiyev, who served as an executive head in Azerbaijan for a long time, has passed away.
Milli.Az reports that his relatives informed "Yeni Sabah" about this.
E. Allahverdiyev died on April 26 at the age of 68.
It should be noted that Elman Farman oglu Allahverdiyev was born on March 16, 1958, in the Tartar district.
He worked as the executive head of the Tartar District Executive Authority from 1994 to 1996, and as the executive head of the Barda District Executive Authority from 1996 to 2006.
