Injured during the attacks, Khamenei THERE IS NEWS

"The health of Iran's Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei is good, and the Iranian state system is functioning efficiently."

This was stated by Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) spokesperson Esmail Baghaei in an interview with "India Today".

"The Supreme Leader is in good health, and we are satisfied with the efficient functioning of our state system. Our armed forces act strictly in accordance with Iran's defense plans. Most importantly, our people have united against this savage act of aggression," he said.

It should be noted that on March 8, Iran's new Supreme Leader-elect, Mojtaba Khamenei, the second son of Iran's former Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, was injured as a result of joint attacks by Israel and the USA on Iran. Iran MFA representative Esmail Baghaei confirmed this information in an interview with Italy's "Corriere della Sera" newspaper. He stated that Iran's new Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei was injured but feels well.

Recall that on February 28, Israel’s Defense Minister Israel Katz announced that the Israeli Defense Forces had delivered a preemptive strike against Iran. Later, US President Donald Trump stated that his country also participated in the military operation against Iran.

In turn, Iran launched dozens of ballistic missiles at Israel. The Israeli Defense Forces confirmed the attacks, sirens sounded within the country, and air defense systems were activated.

On March 1, it was declared that Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei was killed during the attacks.

Iran launched missile strikes against most of the neighboring countries hosting US military bases. Consequently, the airspace in those countries was temporarily closed.

Moreover, serious problems occurred in the passage of ships through the Strait of Hormuz. //Oxu.Az
