The identities of those who died in the serious accident that occurred on the night of April 12 on Zığ highway in the Surakhani district of the capital have been determined.
Medianews.az reports, citing "Qafqazinfo", that two people died at the scene after the "Toyota Corolla" driven by Elmir Vagif oghlu Qubadov, born in 2002, collided with a stationary truck on the road.
These are Elvin Vagif oghlu Asgarov, born in 1986, and Samir Qismet oghlu Mammadov, born in 1984. Azad Yagub oghlu Ahmadov, born in 1965, was injured in the incident.
A criminal case has been opened regarding the fact, and an investigation is underway.
It should be noted that the accident was caused by the truck not adhering to safety measures during the dark hours of the day.
