Denmark is increasing its military forces to defend Greenland island from the USA.
According to Modern.az citing foreign media, against the backdrop of President Donald Trump's threats, Denmark has stationed 118 additional soldiers at the Nuuk and Kangerlussuaq military bases on the island. In addition, the Chief of the Army General Staff has also arrived in Greenland.
It has been announced that additional Danish soldiers will be sent to the island in the coming days.
Recall that Trump has repeatedly stated that Greenland will be united with the USA either diplomatically or by force.
