In Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, the weather on March 31 is expected to be partly cloudy, occasionally overcast, and mostly dry.

It was noted that there is a possibility of rain in some places during the day. There will be fog in some places at night and in the morning. The northeast wind will be replaced by a southeast wind in the evening. The air temperature will be 7-10° warm at night and 12-17° warm during the day. Atmospheric pressure will rise from 751 mm mercury to 758 mm mercury. Relative humidity will be 70-80%.
In the regions of Azerbaijan, intermittent precipitation is expected in some places. In separate locations, the precipitation will be intense; snowfall and lightning are possible in mountainous areas. In the evening, it will gradually stop in most regions. There will be fog at intervals in some places. West wind will occasionally strengthen in some locations.
The air temperature will be 8-11° warm at night and 15-20° warm during the day; in the mountains, it will be 2-6° below zero at night, and from 2° below zero to 3° warm during the day.
