According to the information of the National Hydrometeorology Service as of 11:00 on April 19, the weather across the country was mostly dry, but sporadic precipitation occurred in some western regions during the night and morning.

The amount of precipitation recorded was 7 mm in Sadarak, 3 mm in Ordubad and Shahbuz, 2 mm in Sharur and Dashkesan, and 1 mm in Ganja, Nakhchivan, Julfa, Gadabay, Naftalan, Shamkir, Zagatala, and Tovuz.
In some places, a west wind is blowing, with maximum wind speeds reaching up to 17 m/s in Baku, the Absheron Peninsula, and also in Khizi.
Fog is observed in Lerik, Sabirabad, Bilasuvar, Goygol, and Shamkir. Visibility is limited to up to 500 meters.
