Celery is also considered beneficial for men. It strengthens blood circulation, helps in the production of pheromones and increases the hormone androsterone. This hormone is related to erection and sexual desire.

It is recommended to start the morning with pumpkin seeds. The zinc and magnesium in them stimulate the production of testosterone and growth hormone. As a result, potency, prostate health, and overall energy levels increase.
