Foreigners who recorded unethical videos at the Martyrs' Alley have filed an appeal complaint.

Three citizens of Saudi Arabia - Alzaman Mahdi Ali, Alğabr Mohammad Hussain, and Alğabr Mahdi Mohammad, who recorded unethical videos in Martyrs' Alley in Baku and shared them on social networks, have filed an appeal against the verdict concerning them.

Medianews.az reports, referring to "Report," that the complaint will be reviewed at the Baku Court of Appeals.

Recall that according to the verdict of the Sabail District Court, they were sentenced to two years of imprisonment.

It should be noted that the incident occurred in August of last year.

According to the accusation, the aforementioned individuals came to Martyrs' Alley, performed unethical acts over several martyrs' graves, and published the videos they recorded there on social networks.

Alzaman Mahdi Ali, Alğabr Mohammad Hussain, and Alğabr Mahdi Mohammad are charged under Article 245 (Offensive acts on graves) of the Criminal Code.
