Medianews.az reports that singer Roza Zargarli stated this in her interview with Telegraf regarding her meeting with Ramzan Kadyrov.
"After the concert, there was an official meeting with the head of Chechnya. They expressed great appreciation for Azerbaijani music. I saw Ramzan Kadyrov for the first time one day after my concert. Unfortunately, some people still cannot accept it. Ramzan Kadyrov personally gave orders for me to be received. Without sounding immodest, they welcomed me with the respect shown to world-famous artists."
