Starting legal procedures regarding "Kəpəz" football player Jefferson Bentu is a matter of time.
This was stated by the head coach of the Ganja club, Azər Bağırov, in an interview with "Report".
He said that the defender, who traveled to his home country Brazil during the winter break and later refused to return, has been given time:
"The player has been given time until January 16. He must either return or inform about the date of his return. A letter has been sent to the Portuguese team "Portimonense," to which he belongs based on a contract, and to himself. If the conditions are not met, applying to FIFA is a matter of time. In such a case, the player will have to pay compensation to "Kəpəz."
Azər Bağırov stated that the Brazilian player linked his unwillingness to return to Ganja to issues related to his wife.
It should be noted that Jefferson Bentu was transferred from the "Portimonense" team to "Kəpəz" on loan at the beginning of the current season.
