The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) has once again accused Paris.
According to Medianews.az, the official representative of the organization, Mariya Zakharova, stated that France is being deceptive by claiming that there have been no significant changes in the visa issuance process for Russians.
"The French side is being deceitful by claiming that 'the rules for Russian citizens applying for visas have not significantly changed'," Zakharova emphasized.
The Russian diplomat added that in 2022, the European Union suspended the implementation of the agreement on the facilitation of visa procedures with Russia. As a result, the price of a Schengen visa increased from 35 euros to 80 euros, the number of visa refusals increased, and the duration of stay for tourist visas was shortened.//Publika.az
