The founder of the "Telegram" messenger, Pavel Durov, has received a summons marked as "Durov P.V. suspected." The document was sent to the address where Durov was registered in Russia 20 years ago.
The entrepreneur shared this on his own "Telegram" channel.
"I am probably suspected of defending Articles 29 and 23 of the Russian Constitution, which guarantee freedom of speech and the right to private correspondence. I am proud to be guilty!" Durov wrote.
Recall that since early February, "Roskomnadzor" has intensified slowing down the operation of "Telegram" in Russia. The Russian authorities accuse the messenger of failing to comply with national legislation requirements. (oxu.az)
