Emel Çetin emphasizes that the problem is not limited only to social interactions. Hearing loss is also associated with memory weakening and an increased risk of dementia. The brain does not record information it has not fully heard and understood into memory, resulting in forgetfulness and attention disorders.
The specialist stressed the importance of early diagnosis. According to her, analyses conducted using modern technologies accurately determine the level of the problem.
