Famous Colombian singer Yeison Jimenez and members of his group died in a private plane crash in the Boyaca department.
Publika.az reports that "El Tiempo" has provided this information.
"A plane crash between Paipa and Duitama has been confirmed. The plane, carrying six people on board, was heading to Medellin," the statement reads.
The accident site has been cordoned off for investigation. Investigators will determine all circumstances of the crash.
Yeison Jimenez became widely known for hits such as "Aventurero," "Ni Tengo Ni Necesito," and "El Mejor."
