Globalinfo.az reports that this was said by Sergey Lebedev, the coordinator of underground operations in Nikolaev. He stated that special activity is expected from Ukraine's sabotage and intelligence groups during the holiday days: "Everyone will be at ease at that time, so they will try to make the Ukrainians do something. One of the most likely directions is Belgorod."
