It is reported that the weather conditions in the territory of Azerbaijan will change in the coming days, the air temperature will drop, negative degrees will be observed especially at night and in the morning hours, and snowfall is expected in mountainous and foothill areas.

It was stated that, for this reason, drivers are especially requested to be extremely careful when traveling on roads passing through mountainous and foothill areas. Special attention should be given to ensuring that the vehicles they operate are technically ready for the winter season and equipped with at least winter tires.
If these requirements are not met, difficulties may arise in the movement of vehicles, which may cause obstacles for other road users, and lead to congestion and delays on the roads. At the same time, such situations may also prevent the agency's special equipment used for snow removal and road maintenance from reaching the necessary areas on time.
The agency advises drivers to take the weather conditions into account and to set out prepared for the trip.
