Publika.az reports that footage of the Venezuelan leader at the Drug Enforcement Administration's New York office was released by the White House press service.
In the released video, Maduro is seen walking down a corridor with his hands handcuffed under the supervision of agents.
These images are the first official evidence of the Venezuelan President's arrival in New York.
According to "NBC News," the Venezuelan leader is expected to appear before a Manhattan federal court on January 5 on charges of drug and arms trafficking.
