The Russian Federal Tax Service (FTS) has liquidated the latest company of Azerbaijani blogger Hüseyn Həsənov.
According to Oxu.Az, this was reported by the "SHOT" Telegram channel.
This concerns the "Banda Foods" company, which Həsənov established in 2023. The company produced rolls but the business did not generate income. It was discovered that "Banda Foods" had a debt of 800,000 rubles (approximately 16,740 manat). Hüseyn was forced to pay the accounts, but he left Russia.
On August 20, the tax service liquidated Həsənov's company "Banda" LLC. The famous personality had established the company to sell personal development courses. It turned out that the legal address of the business and information about the officials were invalid. Now, the Russian FTS has decided to liquidate it, and the company's accounts have already been blocked.
Additionally, two claims have been filed against Həsənov's courses totaling 2,675,000 rubles (approximately 56,000 manat). It is known that Həsənov withdrew from the founders list shortly before the court proceedings.
On May 14, Həsənov was put on the wanted list and arrested in absentia, particularly on charges of money laundering and legalization of large sums of money. The blogger faces a risk of imprisonment for up to seven years under these charges.
