Medianews.az reports that in the 2025 state budget, centralized expenses to regulate local revenues and expenditures were formalized at 5 million 275 thousand manats. These funds should be divided among 5 districts: Yardimli, Kalbajar, Khojavend, Khojaly, Jabrayil.
In the 2026 state budget draft, the revenue forecast is 38 billion 609 million manats, and the expenditure forecast is 41 billion 703.6 million manats.
