According to the report of the State Statistics Committee for the January-September period, agricultural production in Azerbaijan increased by 0.1 percent compared to the same period of 2024, with a 0.7 percent decline in crop production and a 1.1 percent increase in animal husbandry recorded.
Medianews.az reports that in the transport sector, freight transport increased by 2.5 percent, and passenger transport by 5.4 percent.
According to the statement, the volume of information and communication services registered an increase of 6.7 percent.
It is noted that the nominal income of the population increased by 7.6 percent, and the revenues of the state budget exceeded expenditures by 4 billion 474.2 million manats.
