The 18 sanctions packages of the European Union and the restrictions imposed by several countries, along with the great sacrifices of the Ukrainian army, have greatly weakened Russia. If it had military power, this country would not have recruited mercenaries from faraway Cuba, North Korea, and some African countries. It is impossible for these mercenaries, who have come to Russia starving and homeless in search of work, to show high combat skills in the war against Ukraine's professional army.
Russia, which is a prisoner of imperial ambitions and is today bombing the homes, residential areas, and hospitals where peaceful civilians live, has lost its mind. It is expected that this dangerous country will take even more frightening steps.
However, plans are also visible for Russia to weaken further but not be completely destroyed. The collapse of a country that has a sufficiently rich economic potential, enough nuclear warheads, and military munitions, and the risk that those weapons fall into the hands of suddenly emerging field commanders concerns and worries the world's brain centers. Uncontrolled, disorderly armed groups may lead to new dangers. From that perspective, plans regarding Russia, in my opinion, can be implemented gradually, on the condition of preventing serious losses and dangers.
Of course, all of this is a possibility. But there is certainty that in a few years, a structure called the Russian empire will no longer exist in the world. Humanity will rid itself of this nightmare, enslavement, and threats. In the future, the emergence of new Turkic states in this geography, on Russian territory, is very close to reality.
At the present moment, we must continue our cooperation with this country in possible spheres. These relations can only be possible on the condition of maintaining distance.
