A citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan is suspected of stabbing a 38-year-old woman in Germany.

According to the information, on the evening of September 10, near a road in the North Rhine-Westphalia region, close to a bus stop, a 38-year-old woman who had received multiple stab wounds was found.
The woman, in serious condition, was taken to the emergency hospital. It is reported that she is currently undergoing treatment.
The police have announced that the suspect in the crime is an Azerbaijani citizen living as a refugee in Germany. On the evening of September 10, a search was conducted at the shelter where the Azerbaijani refugee was staying.
The suspect refugee is currently being sought. It is presumed that after committing the incident, he fled and hid.
No information has been provided regarding the identity of the stabbed woman.
