Gas prices in Europe surpass $1,400 per 1,000 cubic meters

The price of gas in Europe rose above $1,400 per 1,000 cubic meters, according to the London Stock Exchange ICE. The price of December futures at the TTF hub in the Netherlands rose to $1,406 per 1,000 cubic meters or 138.99 euro per MWh. The growth of gas prices in Europe resumed as local temperatures started to fall.
